Meet Teresa Louise
As a child, I had a clear sense of the next right move and how to make something happen — quickly, efficiently, and successfully. I was labeled "Type A," someone who didn't think much before acting. But looking back, rather than just being an action-taker, I was highly intuitive, with a deep trust in my own inner knowing.
Flash forward: a husband, a kid, a house, and a corporate VP title. Life looked good — great, even — until an out-of-nowhere breast cancer diagnosis changed everything. Suddenly, "having it all" meant nothing without my health, and what I'd always called "healthy" no longer worked for me. And that's when my wellness journey began.
What I quickly realized was that I'd stopped trusting my own gut. The inner voice that had served me so well as a kid had been buried under “grown-up skills” — responsibility, analysis, logic. I found myself craving my childlike curiosity, my zest for life, my belief in magic — any belief system at all, really. And that's when my spiritual journey began.
Now, I have the privilege of helping others come home to themselves. There's no single path — there's only your path, and I'm here to help you find it. Today, through Internal Compass Healing, I offer Intuitive Energy work, Emotion Code sessions, Past Life Regressions, Heart Wall Clearings, and Transformational Life Coaching for those ready to reconnect with themselves. My work is to clear the energetic blocks you've quietly built over the years, reconnect with your true self — the part of you that already has all the answers — and guide you back to trusting your own inner wisdom.

Your body remembers everything your mind has tried to move past. Stress, grief, heartbreak, old patterns — when emotions don't fully process, they don't just disappear. Energy healing is the practice of identifying and releasing what's stuck, so your body and mind can return to balance. Think of it less as "fixing" something broken, and more as clearing static from a signal that was always there. Nothing about you needs to be repaired — you're simply recalibrating back to yourself.

If you're skeptical, you're in good company — I was in the beginning and many of my clients were too. You don't need a particular belief system to begin.
